Identified single family lot with existing historic home and subdivision potential, research land development regulations and secured entitlements to split lot in two, procured relocation of historic home to one of the lots, designed one single family home for lot #1 and addition to preserved historic home for lot #2, developed marketing and real estate sale plan for both properties.
