Team Principal
Francisco Perez-Azua merges Architecture, Real Estate and Construction Management skills acquired through a 25-year career of designing, building, buying and selling real estate assets. Francisco earned Master of Architecture and Master of Real Estate degrees from Florida universities, and has been based in South Florida where he initially founded and led Perez Design LLC, a boutique 10-person architectural design firm in Delray Beach. He later established a real estate brokerage arm to assist clients with acquisition, development and disposition of real estate assets. After relocating to the Miami area, Francisco joined multinational real estate corporations to manage the design, procurement and construction endeavors for corporate workspace projects within class "A" office buildings in the US, Canada and Latam regions. His roles have included construction project management and the sourcing/procurement of architects, general contractors, engineers, interior designers, and FF&E vendors.
Today, with FPA Enterprises, Francisco combines his unique experience and perspective of the entire development process, from due diligence and acquisition to design, entitlements, and construction to effectively represent Clients and lead their projects from conception through successful completion.
